    Myotherapy and Remedial Massage are most commonly used to treat the chronic pain, injuries, muscle soreness and fatigue that is caused from over exertion during sporting activities, gym sessions, or just simply burning the candle at both ends.  

    An appointment begins with an initial assessment and conversation on your condition, which allows us to tailor a specific treatment to suit your needs.  A post-treatment assessment will determine if any of the following treatments will be necessary.
