For your convenience our clinic has a HICAPS system, which enables most claims to be processed at the time of payment if you are eligible. Please, first check with your health fund provider for the detailed content of your health cover plan.

There are still some funds that don’t allow us to use the HICAPS system, as they may not have participated with HICAPS for our services. For these occasions, we will provide you with a receipt upon payment which can then be used to claim your rebate from your health fund, either on-line or in store.  You may find the list of participants from this LINK.
